Affiliate disclosure. The partner link in the masthead and in the bands beside the copy on this page is a sponsored link to a partner operator, and this site may be paid if you open an account through it, at no extra cost to you. It carries rel="sponsored noopener" and opens in a new tab. That matters on this desk in particular: the subject is which rail a withdrawal may travel and how much each one may return, and this site’s revenue depends on a reader opening an account. No operator, bank, wallet or regulator is named, rated or recommended anywhere on this site.

A desk about the payment loop, built from invented samples

This is the sixty-third site in a series that explains how gambling mechanics work. It is funded by one disclosed partner link and it rates no operator, bank, wallet or regulator.

Direct answerThe Closed Loop explains the payment chain of custody on a gambling account: which rail a withdrawal may travel, whose name may receive it, how much each rail may return, and what happens when a rail has gone. Every figure derives from six invented samples, and no operator is rated or recommended.

What the desk is, and what it is not

It is an explanation of a mechanism, written for an adult reader who has hit the mechanism and wants to understand it rather than be sold to. It is not legal, financial or gambling advice, it is not a guide to any live withdrawal, and it describes no technique for moving money anywhere - the subject is how a payment is paired to a deposit, not how to get around the pairing.

One topic, in depth

Seventeen routes on one mechanism rather than a broad site covering everything. The series gives each desk one object and asks it to cover that object completely, including the parts an operator’s help centre has no reason to explain.

Mechanics before opinion

The desk takes a position on arithmetic and on nothing else. Where the outcome depends on an operator’s policy it says which line it depends on and stops there, because a reader can look that line up and this site cannot see it.

No rankings, ever

There is no operator ranking on this site, no “best” list, no review, and no product markup anywhere in its structured data. The single partner link is disclosed where it appears and is never presented as a recommendation.

Answers first

Every content page opens with a forty-to-sixty-word direct answer, so a reader - or an assistant summarising the page - meets the conclusion before the context. Scripted answers that a page does not show are deliberately not marked up.

The samples, and why they are invented

Quoting a real operator’s withdrawal policy would mean publishing a document that changes, attributing conduct to a named company, and inviting a reader to rely on a term that may already have been replaced. Invented samples avoid all three, and they have a second use: because they are small, a reader can re-run every calculation by hand and check the mechanism without trusting this site at all.

The six samples in one placeS1 two-rail account 200.00 card + 240.00 bank = 440.00 cap; 500.00 out S2 partial withdrawal 30.00 card + 70.00 wallet = 100.00; 40.00 out S3 verification deposit 10.00 test deposit; a 400.00 request S4 dead rail 200.00 on a card expired 14 months ago S5 third-party payer 150.00 from a card in another name S6 the desk’s book 12,000 requests; 16,800 payments; 1.40 each
Every figure on this desk is illustrative. No number here is a claim about any bank, card issuer, wallet, operator or supervisor, and none of the timelines or fees describes a real policy. Where a page says “on the sample”, it means the sample defined above and nothing else.

How the series handles a claim

  1. Every figure traces to a sample. A number that does not is removed rather than softened, and each page’s arithmetic is shown so it can be re-derived from the sample it belongs to.
  2. Compliance is structural. The affiliate disclosure, the 18+ notice and the responsible-gambling information are rendered by the page template on every route, so no page can be published without them.
  3. No markup a page contradicts. There is deliberately no Product, Offer, Review or rating markup anywhere on the desk, asserted absent on every page, because a desk that rates nothing should not be machine-readable as rating something.
  4. Nothing is asserted about a named company. No operator, bank or wallet is named, rated, ranked or described as behaving in any particular way.
